What the waitlist stores, and what this marketing site does not do.

Who we are

WODReel publishes wodreel.com and runs the founding-gym waitlist. Contact team@wodreel.com. [LAWYER REVIEW: legal name, address, and the privacy-law roles — controller, and any processor — go here.]

What the form collects

If you join the founding list, we store:

• Your name
• Gym name
• Email address
• City
• Gym Instagram handle, if you give one
• The plan you said you were interested in
• The time you submitted, and the country reported by the network, when it is available

We use that to reply about a founding spot, to avoid duplicate rows, and to understand which plans gyms are asking for. We do not sell the list. [LAWYER REVIEW: lawful basis, retention period, and whether country is kept.]

What we do not collect here

This site does not take payment cards. Billing, if you later become a client, will happen through a separate checkout after an agreement. We do not run our own analytics cookies on these pages. We do not ask for member lists, photos, workouts, or social passwords on the waitlist form. If you later connect an account, that connection uses the platform's own login. Spam check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Turnstile may process technical data about the browser and may set a cookie. That processing is Cloudflare's, under their terms, and it is there so a bot cannot fill the list. [LAWYER REVIEW: name Turnstile in the cookie / subprocessors list.]

Email and the newsletter

Waitlist mail comes from team@wodreel.com. The owner letter is a separate Substack at https://wodreel.substack.com. Subscribing there is optional and is not the same as joining the founding list. Substack's own policy applies to that list. That Substack is not a client's newsletter. Once a gym is a customer, workouts and events may go in that gym's public edition, and internal announcements go only to people with a membership at that gym. They are not posted to social media. How long we keep a row

[LAWYER REVIEW: set a retention period.] Until that is decided, the working intention is to keep a waitlist row until you ask us to delete it, or until the founding cohort is closed and the row is no longer needed to contact you. Email team@wodreel.com with the subject "Delete my waitlist row" and we will remove it.

Access and correction

Email team@wodreel.com to see, fix, or delete what we stored from the form. [LAWYER REVIEW: statutory rights, complaint to a regulator, and cross-border storage. The database is Cloudflare D1.]

Changes

When a lawyer replaces this draft, the date at the top will change. The waitlist form will not start collecting new categories of data without the policy saying so.
